Temp to Hire
Many employers prefer the Temp to Hire method of hiring. This program allows both the candidate and employer to “try before you buy”. We do not recommend this program for those candidates that are currently employed, unless the opportunity is exceptional and/or with an outstanding company.
Direct Hire
The Direct Hire method allows the client company to select from the broadest pool of potential candidates, including people that may be unemployed and those individuals that are employed that possess the desired skills and might be a good match for the company.
Temporary Positions
Temporary opportunities allow an individual to potentially view a number of different companies or may fit your individual situation, allowing a great deal of flexibility.
